What’s being bought by those in the know? 1st – 3rd Feb 2025
When it comes to investments, having the right information is paramount. The next section shows the shares: most traded (bought or sold), the most bought, and the most sold. All for the period 1st – 3rd February 2025, and it’s instantly noticeable that so many of the same shares appear on all three lists. The second to last column shows the share price at close of business on 3rd February.
In essence these investors already know which shares they should trade in. Six out of ten shares in both the bought and sold lists have risen in value as of business close 3rd February 2025.
Tesla aside, the four out of ten shares that have decreased in value have not decreased significantly.
These investments are positions investors will hold or exit on more than one occasion. Some may have a portfolio that includes many of these investments, supplemented by others with similar characteristics to these shares.
The final column (1 year performance) shows the reason why these shares are being bought. Apart from Advanced Micro Devices which went down 35.68% in that time period. The other positions have increased value from between +62% right up to +960.63%, quite spectacular performances.
